Renovation Progress!

The garage renovation project is just about complete!  Other than a few small adjustments to be made, Bill and I are busy designing our spaces to be just how we want them.  His involves placement of large work benches and tools.  Mine involves placing folding chairs and tables to remain flexible and able to accommodate various art projects and workshops.  We love it!

Renovation Progress!

I was away leading a SoulCollage® retreat near Carcassonne, France and visiting my daughter in London, and when I returned to Prescott, my studio was finished!  Here are some photos of our gradual moving in process.....it's all very exciting!

Day 38 of the renovation and we now have lights, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, cabinets, sinks and more!

Day 36 of the garage renovation.  Next week the electricians and plumbers do their magic and then the floors get finished....painted floor for Bill, gorgeous wood laminate for Kat!

Day 28 of the Garage Renovation and the porch is being installed!

Day 26 and the outside is beginning to look more finished.  All walls are in and the wall board has been taped, ready for texturing.  We are about to choose paint colors!

Day 22 of the Garage Transformation !  Starting to look like rooms instead of a garage!

Day 15.  Most of the work is being done inside right now, fine tuning things like plumbing, ducting, and electrical outlet placement.  Although the changes are smaller and more subtle, it still spells progress!

Day 14....exterior walls ready for stucco; all doors and windows are in;  HVAC duct work is coming along nicely; tomorrow we meet with the electrician to determine locations for lights, outlets, switches etc.  ("Waiting for the Electrician or someone like him")
